Friendship Baptist Church serves the city of Elkin, North Carolina. We are traditional and conservative, although not legalistic in our views. We invite all people from all walks of life to join us as we worship the one true God. You are invited to come grow with us and grow from a friend into family!

Our beliefs are based on the authority of Scripture as the Word of God.
We affirm the Baptist Faith & Message 2000.
There is one God who manifest in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is good, righteous, just, holy, and loving.
Man is made in the image of God. Everyone has sinned, and everyone has severed their relationship with God. We are in need of a savior who reconciles us to God.
Salvation comes through repentance and putting one's faith and trust in Jesus Christ. We cannot save ourselves through works, good deeds, or rituals, but Christ alone.
